Suffering from gadget envy?

The Wall Street Journal recommends when to hold off on latest gadget purchase.

Generally, the best time to buy is six months after release date. Here are some guidelines:

  • Computers – one year or longer
  • Digital cameras – one year
  • High definition video – “when the dust settles”
  • Software – one month
  • Television – one year
  • Videogame Systems: “Wait for cutting-edge videogames to be released”
